Payment Policy
- All item purchased from Shah Nagardas E-Store will be delivered to your billing address only after payment has been received.
- Refunds for any of the products returned will be as per our Return Policy.
- We have various modes of payment options available through which you can remit funds to our account. See below for details :
Modes of Payment | Description |

Cash On Delivery (COD) | If you have selected "In-Store Pickup( Ruwi, Al-Hail(North) Branch" then you can pay by cash at the cash counter of the selected branch. If you have selected "Deliver to my address" then our delivery partner will collect the cash at your Doorstep during Delivery of your Order. |
Card Swipe at Doorstep (POS) | If you have selected "In-Store Pickup (Ruwi, Al-Hail(North) Branch" then you can pay by swiping your debit/credit card at our cash counter in the selected branch. If you have selected "Deliver to my address" then our delivery partner will carry a POS Machine with them to receive the Payments by Swiping your Debit/Credit Card at your doorstep. |
Bank Account Transfer | Please transfer the order amount to our below mentioned Bank details Bank Name : Bank Muscat Bank Account No. : 0423-010899050-012 Update us with the Transfer Reference Number or Photo of Bank Transfer Receipt after transferring the amount at ecommerce@shahnagardas.com Alternatively you can even get in touch with our Representative by calling them or sending your Bank Transfer Receipt to our Whatsapp no. +968 96183111. |
Send Enquiry of your Cart | Select this option if you would like to send an enquiry for the products in your cart. This option will be for Wholesale, for ordering Bulk quantities or for Traders and B2B Clients |
4. If you are a trader or a wholesaler and want to enquire about Project, Bulk orders or any B2B enquiries then kindly do the needful :
You can mail your enquiry to info@shahnagardas.com or ecommerce@shahnagardas.com and we will reply as soon as we can. Alternatively, you can select your item(s) and add them all to cart. Once the item(s) you are interested are added to the cart; you can select the “Send Enquiry” button in the ‘’Mode of Payment or Enquiry’’ section in the Checkout process.
The Mode of Payment or Enquiry section is located after you:
> Enter your Email, click continue
> Input your Address Details, click continue
> Select your Delivery Type, click continue
> Once in the ‘’Mode of Payment or Enquiry’’ section, there will be a few options from which you can select the “Send Enquiry” button to send us an enquiry for the items in your cart. This will notify our concerned sales representative with a copy of your cart item(s). Our sales representative will get back to you with an offer.
