Return Policy
Our return policy offers the customer the option to exchange, replace and/or refund a delivered item. All products under the same category may not have the same return policy; as such, the table below may not cover all items. Please refer to the respective product page for each item’s return policy in case of doubt and/or for any exceptions to the below table.
The return policy is divided into three parts:
Part 1 - Category, Return Window and Actions Possible

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. No Returns Categories Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns; if you would like the item(s) to be picked up from a different address, then the new address must have pick-up service available.
During pick-up, the product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product | Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and should be undetached and clearly visible. |
Complete Product | All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present. |
Unused Product | The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). |
Undamaged Product | The product (including headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. |
Undamaged Packaging | Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged. |
Shah Nagardas has the right to refuse return or replacement of an item(s) if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund or replacement is to be given, the refund or replacement will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.
Part 3 - General Rules for a successful Return
1. In certain cases, a full refund will be given if we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever.
2. If you receive a different or damaged product during an open box delivery, you will be given a refund immediately (only applicable to card/cash on delivery orders). Upon accepting the open box delivery, you give up rights to initiate processing for refund/return, except for manufacturing defects. In these cases, category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applied.
3. For products where installation is provided by Shah Nagardas technical team, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Shah Nagardas authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
4. For products where installation is required; product related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
