The watercolour pencil set by Zieler contains 24 quality, water-soluble coloured pencils which you can dip in water, or wet the paper, to produce stunning artworks either as a drawing or a painting. A water colour brush is provided to help you create better watercolour effects. These soft-textured pencils can also be used dry as normal colouring pencils.
